This role owns the end-to-end execution and optimization of GE Appliances’ online presence across BG&I partner websites, ensuring best in class product presentation, seamless new product launches, and strong conversion performance.<br><br>The position blends strategic planning, digital commerce execution, analytics, and cross functional leadership. The role serves as a central advisor and owner of online sales strategy, working closely with Buying Group partners, Dealer Marketing and Digital teams, internal brand teams, and field sales to drive revenue growth and a superior online customer experience.<br><br>Success in this role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding of E commerce platforms and item data management systems, and the ability to influence and guide designers, copywriters, developers, and sales teams.<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Position</span></h2>Senior Sales eCommerce Analyst - BG&I<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Location</span></h2>USA, Louisville, KY<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">How You'll Create Possibilities</span></h2><div><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p></div><p><i>Strategic Planning and Online Sales Growth</i></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute online sales strategies across BG&I platforms to meet revenue and operating plan targets.</p></li><li><p>Drive product line strategy, pricing execution, promotions, and new product introductions to improve conversion and speed to market.</p></li><li><p>Advise internal and external partners on E commerce best practices aligned with GE Appliances’ house of brands strategy.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Website and Platform Management</i></p><ul><li><p>Advise on the development, design, testing, and ongoing optimization of BG&I E commerce websites to ensure a user friendly, leading edge experience.</p></li><li><p>Ensure best in class product content, brand presentation, and digital shelf execution across all partner platforms.</p></li><li><p>Manage Item Data Management interfaces to ensure accurate, timely product, pricing, and promotional data.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Marketing, Merchandising, and Execution</i></p><ul><li><p>Execute GE Appliances marketing campaigns and new product introductions across BG&I digital platforms.</p></li><li><p>Own relationships with merchandising and execution partners to ensure alignment between digital strategy and field execution.</p></li><li><p>Leverage brand advocacy programs and digital scorecards to drive above category performance.</p></li><li><p>Drive communication and execution of digital initiatives across field sales teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Analytics and Optimization</i></p><ul><li><p>Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities to improve site performance and conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>Manage reporting and digital performance metrics to support overall business management and decision making.</p></li><li><p><i>Leadership and Cross Functional Influence</i></p></li><li><p>Advise and collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, sales leaders, and marketing partners to deliver a cohesive online experience.</p></li><li><p>Lead internship and account team CDP programs and coordinate formal customer meetings and events.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">What You'll Bring to Our Team</span></h2><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Commerce roles.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally at all levels of the organization and with external partners.</p></li><li><p>Strong acumen of online consumer shopping behaviors and proven ability to develop and optimize winning E commerce strategies.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data driven decision making.</p></li><li><p>Curious and confident in identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and proposing actionable solutions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated strong written, oral, and presentation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Our Culture</b></span></h2><p style="text-align:left"><span>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
